Assistant Manager

In this role you will:

• Confidently lead customer service and wash related needs when the manager is absent from the site, ensuring all team members and the site are working smoothly.
• Lead, guide, and motivate team members
• Collaborate with the Manager, conducting required training on processes and operational procedures for all team members.
• Provide exceptional customer service experience to guests every time.
• Oversee compliance of all safety regulations and policies. Properly address and resolve customer inquiries and issues. Assist with the management of all aspects of the operation including car wash equipment, chemical inventory, and physical appearance of the office, tunnel, vacuum area, pay stations, and parking lot.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance as per WashTech standards, and enforce these standards on team members.
• Supervise completion of opening and closing procedures and assigned maintenance procedures.
• Run the business like you own it. Consitently look for ways to improve the carwash and all aspects of the business.

**In-depth training will be provided to effectively fulfill all responsibilities for this position**

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Demonstrates attention to detail

• Ability to manage, train, and support other car wash personnel

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum of 1 year management experience, preferred
• Car wash experience, preferred
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Associates in Business Administration or equivalent career experience preferred.
• Punctual, Responsible, and Accountable

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Lift objects weighing 25-50 pounds
• Ability and willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time without resting (up to 8 hours)
• Work in areas that require kneeling, or crouching.
