We're looking for engaging and enthusiastic candidates to pick up and deliver customer orders at homes, offices, businesses, and camps, and assist in processing orders when needed. We are hiring for both full time and part time positions, as well as seasonal employees.

Paid training available. Must be dependable and friendly. Starting pay determined by experience. Regular incentive bonuses offered each month, which increase pay permanently.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Picking up orders from customers throughout New England and delivering back to Wash Street
• Loading up deliveries at the beginning of your shift for your route using our point of sale system
• Weighing and entering orders back in the store using our point of sale system
• Ensuring that your route is finished and complete at the end of each shift
• Working closely with our production team to make sure processing is smooth
• Ensuring that the delivery vehicle is clean, and in good operating condition and reporting service needs to a manager
• Participating in weekly team meetings as appropriate
• Using our route planning software to map out routes in advance
• Assisting in general Wash Street duties once route is complete

Requirements

• Ability to prioritize, organize work and manage time.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Ability to maintain basic logs and records.
• Positive attitude is required.
• Keen sense of urgency and attention to details.
• Great personality & communication skills.
• Able to lift 40lbs or more.
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check to be eligible for insurance coverage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
