Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of various facilities and properties.

Duties:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairs
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems for functionality
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed
- Respond promptly to repair requests and provide efficient solutions
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or similar role
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance processes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Certification in a relevant field (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical)
- Experience in HVAC systems maintenance
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
