Job Description: An entry level position with advancement opportunities requiring physical labor on job sites and travel within a 350 mile Nashville, TN radius.

Job Compensation: Full-time, Hourly/Salary

Job Responsibilities: To include, but not limited to:

• Basic knowledge of tool handling required with heavy highway construction
• Job site housekeeping (i.e. material handling, tool and equipment maintenance and general labor)
• Driving company vehicles to and from job sites
• Performing general construction tasks (i.e. drilling holes, tightening bolts, applying epoxy)
• Obtaining information on the job (i.e. reading tape measure)
• Working as part of a team
