We develop New Products for the most challenging applications, including the America's Cup races, military body armor, hiking and hunting protection from poisonous snakes, and even NASA's missions to Mars.

Warwick's biomass plant is making strides to help the environment by using renewable energy in wood chips for manufacturing functions including removing pollutants from ventilation air and providing steam for its industrial processes. Currently there are full-time career opportunities in the manufacturing department at Warwick Mills for all shifts.

We are hiring for entry level positions in our manufacturing departments. No experience is necessary. We believe in detailed training which allows employees to thrive and succeed at their own pace with a "promote from within" culture. Manufacturing positions offer opportunities to cross train in multiple areas and may include sewing, fabric inspection, small part assembly, and/or machine operation. This is a company that will keep you motivated. Once you are settled into your position, everyday may turn into something different and offer new areas to train, learn, and grow.
