Job Overview:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a keen eye for detail and organizational skills.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Monitor and replenish inventory levels
- Promote special sales and events to customers

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and displays
- Experience in jewelry sales is a plus
- Familiarity with technology sales is beneficial
