Our great client is currently a prime contract holder with the NGA, DLA, DIA, USDA, Coast Guard and many more Program Description: Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is an intelligence agency of the United States federal government, specializing in defense and military intelligence. This program will be contributing to the design, development, implementation, operational sustainment, and continual improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities, such as ServiceNow, to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery to DIA customers stakeholders and end-users. Job Description: * Provides technical support for the quality assurance and testing functions across the program
* Extensive experience with cost/schedule/technical leadership skills, presentation and customer interaction skills
* Provide project support/interaction for Service Now system across multiple client environments
* Provides consulting and recommendations to managers, supervisors, and the workforce on the implementation of quality and process improvement initiatives
* Develops and facilitates discovery sessions, planning meetings, training sessions, and facilitates process improvement meetings
* Proposes, tailors, and develops quality/process re-engineering improvement efforts (to include the applicable documentation) to provide return-on-investment or operational improvement
* Able to gather data and work with technical subject matter experts
* Monitor ServiceNow reporting functions (dashboards, reports, and metrics) as well as any additional reporting functions as identified by the SMO in order to monitor ServiceNow operational status and performance. Continuously review performance and report at least monthly on recommendations for additional analytics intended to increase efficiency or effectiveness.
* Select ServiceNow key performance indicators (KPIs) and display them in real time or provide them in reports, as directed by the SMO, to indicate system and application health, status, and performance.
* Provide recommendations, based on their experience, for rapid solution development and error-free implementation techniques for services that will satisfy DIA business needs. These solutions shall be based on an understanding of DoD and IC missions and the requirements management process as well as on the contractor's experience on closely related projects in similar environments within the last five years.
* Assists in conducting research on products to meet agreed upon requirements and to support purchasing efforts.
* Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team
* Support process refinement to align projects with SDLC and required customer processes
* Understanding of full CM baselines and client CM tool.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience designing, conducting, and documenting system/software tests with strong background and experience in designing and implementing tests covering the full range of testing (functional, integration, interoperability/interface, end-to-end, certification/security testing, and regression testing)
* Experience in structured environments (e.g., CMMI and/or ISO compliant)
* QA and test background supporting a COTS intensive system environment
* Experience with specific COTS products or types of COTS products, such as the following
* ServiceNow
* SharePoint
* SN Agile or JIRA
* Workflow management
* Search tools
* 5-8 years of experience with current versions of Service Now and SN Test Management/ATF automated testing tools
* Experience with Configuration Management and Requirements Management development environment tools
* Experience with Atlassian, or like suite of collaboration and development tools: JIRA, Bamboo, Confluence, GIT, etc
* Experience with Agile methodologies for development and test
* Experience and in-depth understanding of Cloud implementation approaches related to Development and Testing environments, including impacts on Configuration Management and Testing Minimum Experience: * Ability to work collaboratively with the product owner to refine requirements
* Desired experience working in Continuous Integration (CI) DevOps environments.
* Ability to work with and lead a team
* Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
* Ability to adapt to a changing environment
* Must meet degree and years of experience criteria below:
* High School Diploma/ GED: 10 Years
* Associates Degree: 8 years
* Bachelors Degree: 6 years
* Masters Degree: 4 years
* PhD: 2 years Required Certifications (one of the 3): * ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt
* ASQ Quality Engineer,
* ISTQB CTFL certification preferred
