Warriors 2 Workforce is Hiring a Tower Technician Near Fishers, IN

Overview:
We are currently recruiting a skilled Tower Technician for a full time, direct hire position, for one of our partners who is rapidly growing. As a Tower Technician, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication towers and equipment.

Duties:
- Climb telecommunication towers to perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks
- Rig safety lines and ensure proper use of fall protection equipment
- Install and troubleshoot 3G and 4G/LTE equipment
- Perform cabling, welding, and other technical tasks as needed
- Operate bucket trucks for elevated work
- Work with high voltage and low voltage systems
- Utilize specialized tools to complete tower-related tasks

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Tower Technician or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in climbing towers and working at heights
- Knowledge of telecommunication equipment installation and maintenance
- Experience with welding, cabling, and rigging
- Familiarity with bucket truck operation is a plus

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
