Position Overview:

Warrior Services Company in Palm Springs, FL is seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in the office. As a key member of our technology department, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency, enhance user experience, and support our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce applications tailored to the needs of our medical startup.
• Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies to meet business objectives.
• Customize and configure Salesforce platform features, including workflows, process builder, and data management tools.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and deployment activities to ensure the reliability and stability of Salesforce applications.
• Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices, and advocate for their adoption within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with proficiency in Salesforce platform development and customization---8 to 10 years required.
• Preferred experience with Field Service, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Administrator certificate.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Design System is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and data modelling concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership qualities, including the ability to mentor junior developers, lead technical initiatives, and drive innovation.
