Job Description and Requirements:

We are searching for an experienced Service Manager who is ready to grow their career! This role oversees the Service Department, staffing, customer interaction while ensuring safety and that equipment is properly maintained and repaired to maximize branch productivity. Service Managers are responsible for:

· Coordination and supervision of the overall delivery of quality performance by service technicians, drivers and service associates

· Managing department budget and achievement of revenue and profitability goals

· Generating service and related revenues

· Scheduling and performing timely repairs for new, rental and customer owned equipment

· Supervision and dispatch of Field Service Personnel

· Managing warranty repairs and insuring maximum recovery

· Creating work schedules and maintaining proper accounting of Service Technician productivity

· Employee training and development

· Ensuring a safe working environment

· Overall customer satisfaction

Outstanding customer service is paramount to Warrior Machinery LLC, therefore your commitment and ability to provide this to each customer makes you a top-notch candidate. To be qualified for this position, the ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of service and maintenance experience and a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience. We also require a basic understanding of business management, strong motivational and leadership skills, and the ability to multi-task and basic computer skills particularly with Microsoft Excel. A valid driver’s license is required and can lift 75 lbs.

Pay: $116,019.00 - $122,789.00 per year
