We are presently looking for a Medical Assistant to start Early to Mid- May 2024 who is willing to learn and work in a positive, busy environment! Please note- this is not a summer position, we are looking for someone who can commit to at least one year.

Ideally, you will remain in the room for the entire patient visit and pay close attention to exam, diagnosis and treatment plan and type into the EHR template. Notes should be ready for physician signature by the end of the day.

Our current need is for someone who will be able to perform dual duties. Medical scribe as well as assisting with patient care.

You will be obtaining vitals as well as documenting them into the EHR.

Assisting physician with various procedures, cleaning and prepping room for the next patient etc.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, eager to learn and likes to keep a busy pace!

You will hardly ever be sitting around or bored!!

Starting salary for this position is $16.50/hr to start with training and will increase based on performance or experience.

Please also note:

• You will be assisting Doctor with wound care, minor surgery and any other treatments (If you don't like feet or blood please reconsider this position)
• Cleaning/sanitizing rooms and instruments between patients and at the end of the day
• Excellent time management skills are a must!
• Your day will go by quickly!

Hours available are below, your hours may be based on part-time or full-time and may be subject to change:

Mondays: 8am - 3pm

Tuesdays: 11:30am - 7:30pm

Wednesdays: as needed

Thursdays: 7:45am - 5:30pm

Fridays: 7:45am-2:30pm
