Warrick County School Corporation is Hiring a Class C Maintenance - HVAC Technician Near Boonville, IN
The following duties are normal for the positions indicated. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
- Conducts preventative maintenance techniques to maintain a safe environment for students and staff
- Maintain, diagnose and repair refrigeration units, chillers, unit ventilators, ice-makers, split-systems, and low and medium temperature coolers
- Conduct repairs and general maintenance work on all HVAC systems
- Service boilers and hot water systems
- Order equipment and supplies, as needed
- Assists other trades, as needed
- Perform other related essential duties as required
- 8 hours per day, 260 days per year
- On call 24 hours for emergencies
- Must possess EPA certification
