    Summer School will be held at Warrensville Heights Elementary School. Summer School hours will be from 8:00am to 12:00pm, Monday through Friday, June 10 - July 3, 2024, (19 days) excluding June 19, 2024.
    Description: Manage assigned school programs and services.
    Essential Functions:
    Manage assigned academic, guidance and student services programs at multiple sites. Address issues that arise in program operations.
    Oversee teaching and paraprofessional staff for the programs operating at each site.
    Maintain open communication among staff and parents about program activities.
    Uphold board policies and follow administrative guidelines and procedures.
    Help administer the instructional program. Promote academic excellence in a nurturing environment.
    Keep current with K-12 course of study, state standards and guidelines.
    Assist with program enrollment procedures. Assure accurate documentation of student progress data and program attendance.
    Assist with student testing programs. Provide leadership for instructional modifications and interventions.
    Participate in parent conferences and student planning meetings.
    Help staff resolve problems that impede student participation in learning activities.
    Uphold the student Code of Conduct. Help with student management issues.
    Prepares student conduct reports/discipline recommendations.
    Assist with supervision of students (arrivals/departures, breakfast and lunch periods, changing classes)
    Monitor safety concerns. Work with the district administrative team to eliminate risk factors.
    Perform other specific job-related duties as directed.
    Qualifications:
    Current Ohio Department of Education Administrator's License
    Clear BCI / FBI background check
    Availability for service for all days of the program
    Successful teaching experience
    Effective organizational planning and project management skills

    Compensation is $45.00 an hour.
