Warren Paving is Hiring a Lube Technician (Greaser) Near Salem, KY
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES OF POSITION:
- Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task.
- Follow all company policies and MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
- Perform oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and greasing components on various types of heavy machinery to uphold optimal performance and prevent mechanical issues.
- Lubricate and inspect production plants to uphold optimal performance and prevent mechanical issues.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance performed, including service dates, types of services, and any identified issues, in written or electronic form.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to provide proper documentation that you have the legal right to work in the United States.
- Knowledge of servicing heavy construction equipment and industrial tools.
- Flexibility to work overtime and in various weather conditions.
- Able to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to manipulate objects or controls, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk and hear.
- Vision abilities (with correction) include close, distance, peripheral, depth, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to repetitively lift up to 60 pounds, walk, stoop, squat, sit, kneel and be capable of passing required physical examination
