Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage patient appointments and optimize workflow.
  • Verify insurance coverage, process claims accurately, and assist with billing inquiries.
  • Maintain patient records with confidentiality and compliance in mind.
  • Monitor and order dental and office supplies to support daily operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, explaining treatment plans and addressing inquiries.
  • Assist with coordinating patient care and treatment schedules.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
  • Stay informed about healthcare regulations and ensure office policies comply.
  • Collaborate with and support office staff to maintain high-quality service standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a dental office setting preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
