Position Highlights Highly visible position where you will work collaboratively with Center leadership to create a work environment that positions Genesis as the employer of choice and a culture committed to the Genesis Mission, Vision, and Core Values. Monitor key metrics to gauge success such as employee satisfaction, development, retention, achievement of established excellence goals, and key performance indicators. Conduct full-cycle talent acquisition for the center and develop talent management plans along with center leadership for employee engagement, retention, recruitment and recognition. Support center leadership in the fair and consistent administration of Genesis Human Resources policies and procedures, pay practices and collective bargaining agreements, if applicable.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and/or SPHR/PHR preferred. 3 years previous work experience in Human Resources with proven track record preferred. Prior experience in healthcare or long-term care setting preferred. Must possess experience using systems and technology to support work activities. Ability to work flexible hours in order to meet with employees who work 24/7 is required. We help children to reach their developmental goals through individualized therapy-based care and equip parents through monthly education workshops and support groups so they can be a confident advocate for their child. With nowhere to turn for community-based services or help, families lacked support and their children had limited options in life. The Warren Center was created in 1968 and for decades, we have provided much-needed resources and care to children with disabilities and their families. Grassroots efforts and proven successes paved the way for an increase in community and parental awareness. As our organization experienced growth, we began adapting our programs to meet the changing needs of families. Over the years, The Warren Center has given parents access to the resources their children needed, and more importantly, hope and support.
