The Rental Service Operations Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating rental service operations strategies and activities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Collaborates in the development and implementation of organization policies, best practices, procedures and attainment of operating goals.
  • Reviews, analyzes and prepares strategic operational reports, records and directives.
  • Demonstrates and oversees collaboration efforts with team and dealership personnel to accomplish company objectives.
  • Ability to comprehend staff reports and records to obtain data, such as status of on-going work, projects and projected completion date.
  • Manages and oversees rental fleet turns, warranty recovery, product improvement processes, work order accuracy, damage recovery, technical services, machine / product health and quality assurance in support of rental service operations.
  • Manages rental fleet profitability through efficiencies and best practices.
  • Manages maintenance and repair of machine rental fleet.
  • Manages procurement, repair, and maintenance of rental service assets.
  • Oversees training and development program standards for rental service personnel.
  • Builds relationships with direct staff and dealership co-workers.
  • Upholds and illustrates the Warren CAT culture for customer excellence.
  • Support and demonstrate the Warren CAT safety culture as a top priority.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; with 3 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
