Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive care services to patients of all ages in our Walk-In Clinic. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments and evaluate responses
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and referrals
- Utilize electronic health record systems to document patient encounters accurately
- Cross-train to cover other providers, including primary care duties, employee health, and other duties as assigned

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Illinois
- Federal DEA licensure
- Illinois Controlled Substance licensure
- BLS Certification
- Experience in providing care across the lifespan
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to make accurate diagnoses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
