Position Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Elementary School Teachers to join our team in South Daytona, Florida. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality instruction, fostering a positive classroom culture, and nurturing the holistic development of our students. We are seeking teachers for multiple different grade levels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and the school's Christian values.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students and create inclusive learning environments where every child feels valued and supported.
• Foster a positive and supportive classroom climate that promotes academic growth, character development, and Christian values.
• Use a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technologies to enhance student learning and engagement.
• Assess student progress through ongoing formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents/guardians, and the broader school community to support student learning and well-being.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in education.
• Uphold the mission, vision, and values of Warner Christian Academy & Preschool in all aspects of teaching and professional conduct.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Valid teaching certification/license for elementary education (preferred).
• Previous experience working with elementary school-aged children (preferred).
• Strong understanding of child development, curriculum development, and instructional best practices.
• Commitment to integrating Christian principles into teaching and fostering spiritual growth in students.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel respected, safe, and valued.
• Passion for teaching and dedication to the holistic development of every child.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30,500.00 per year
