Warm Hugs Mixes & Gifts is Hiring a Customer Experience Manager Near Greeley, CO

Position:

This role is for an exceptional leader who has in-depth experience driving revenue growth through building engaging and elevating a winning team. You will be integrating new team members often while continuing to drive, elevate and create leadership within the existing team.

The purpose of this role is to drive revenue growth while improving, strengthening, and accelerating customer service.

Day to day constructs of the role include daily management of employee metrics and key performance indicators to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and execution to achieve desired results. Specifically achieving daily sales goals while improving customer retention and satisfaction.

This role is required to participate in revenue production in addition to management and leadership responsibilities, which is why a passion for sales and customers is essential to success in this role.

· Establish and maintain customer relationships

· Follow customer service policies and practices in place.

· Provide product support and technical

· Supervise and develop sales staff

Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role):

Coaching, development, and retention of the internal team under your direction Recruiting, hiring, onboarding new team members across your division. Achieving the budget for your department weekly, monthly, annually

· Create & track reporting around: Upsells, referrals, VIP Events/Services

· Oversee the Warm Hugs Sales staff in day-to-day operations

· Work closely and coach staff in sales techniques

· Assist in hiring qualified staff

· Host department meetings to identify new goals

· Event Coordinator- Creation and coordinate in-store events

· Communicate with customers over the phone, by email, and in person

· VIP Care- Engage with VIPs, create relationships, all processes concerning VIPs will be under your watchful eye

· Maintain VIP retention and reactivation campaigns

· Coordinate with upper management to inform them of recurring issues with products, services, or procedures, and help in creating a solution

· Creation of displays and turn of inventory to create an "experience" for shoppers

Requirements (Expected Proficiencies):

· Management: 2 years of experience in a gift store & boutique management role

· Sales: 2 years of experience in gift store & boutique

· Must live in the Greeley, CO area

· Must have a track record of consistent year over year growth in which you were the primary leader setting the expectation, leading and following up on day-to-day execution and driving to completion

· Must have ability to track and manage data and use it to drive performance improvements and business efficiencies to accelerate results

· This role requires an individual that has a strong passion and commitment to learn

· Detail-oriented (quality & precision-focused)

· Innovative & Risk-taking

· Customer-oriented (creating an amazing experience & filling their needs)

· Familiarity with email, internet, social media, and POS system

Customer Experience Manager Skills and Qualifications:

· Impeccable customer service skills

· Sales experience and experience in the retail industry

· Experience in supervising and managing a sales team (leadership experience)

· Knowledge of best practices in customer service and retention

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Strong aptitude for technical software programs

· Provide management to staff and leadership to the organization that aligns with the company’s business plan and overall strategic vision

· Assist executive/leadership team members in creating, growing and building a world class, industry leading organization

· Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective, working closely with the CEO and other key executive/leadership team members

· Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability

· Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes

· Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes

· Work closely with the leadership team to create, implement and roll out plans for customers and staff - all designed to foster growth, profitability and efficiencies within the company

· Motivate and encourage employees as one of the key leaders in the company including but not limited to professional staff, management level employees and executive leadership team members

· Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines

· This Leader will act as a trainer, recruiter and facilitator for our staff and manage their performance to metrics and KPIs around referrals, upsells and retention

· Constant evaluation of our staff and customer experience will be an ongoing responsibility and used as a catalyst to drive growth and optimization of the overall departments.
