Full Time Day Rotating M, W, F 11:30am-7pm and Tu, Th 9:30am - 5:30pm Occasional weekends and holidays

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to interpret instructions (written and verbal)
• Strong customer service skills
• Capable of working independently or as a team
• Creative thinking and positive attitude

• Lead resident activities (arts, crafts, dance, music, exercise, brain games and sensory stimulation).
• Perform timely documentation.
• Keep clinical staff updated on changes to resident condition.
• Safely transport residents to programs.
• Encourage residents to participate in scheduled events.
• Arrange physical environment in preparation for activities to ensure resident and guest safety.
• Create a welcoming and festive environment for residents.
• Promote and support culture of patient centered care and service.
