Wara Cafe is Hiring a Server/Team Member Near Chino, CA
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation
Skills:
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs promptly
- Food preparation knowledge to assist with plating and garnishing dishes
- Familiarity with the food industry, including different cuisines and dietary restrictions
- Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
