Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper/Maintenance staff to join our team and maintain the outdoor areas of our property.
Duties:
- Perform general maintenance tasks to keep the grounds in clean and orderly condition
- Mow lawns, trim shrubs, edge walkways, and pull weeds.
- Building Maintenance (painting, pressure washing, small repairs, graffiti removal, etc)
- Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and pressure washers
- Maintain outdoor structures like fences and outdoor seating areas
- Assist with landscape improvement projects
- Pick up trash and empty trash cans
- Remove bulk trash (including appliances and equipment)
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid WA State Drivers License
- Must have personal vehicle to travel to other locations within a 4 mile radius
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscaping
- Knowledge of garden and lawn care techniques
- Ability to operate and maintain power tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining outdoor spaces
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members
