Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Duties:

- Greet guests and provide them with menus

- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests

- Enter orders into the POS system

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner

- Upsell menu items and promote specials

- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or issues

- Clear tables and reset them for the next guest

- Sanitize tables, chairs, and other dining areas regularly

- Handle transactions and process payments accurately

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Skills:

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables simultaneously

- Proficiency in using the POS system for order entry and processing payments

- Ability to upsell menu items to increase sales

- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices to maintain cleanliness standards

- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation

- Strong hospitality skills to provide exceptional service to guests

- Familiarity with the food industry and different types of cuisine

- Excellent guest relations skills to create a positive dining experience for guests

- Ability to perform basic bussing duties when needed
