The Field Coordinator is a highly sociable individual, one who draws energy from working with people and is optimistic and outgoing. They have a compelling desire to help the team present properties in the best light possible which will help generate high levels of interest and, ultimately, higher prices for our clients. They want to help the team achieve success while being committed to growing their own skills and to developing into a leader within the team.

The Field Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in all out-of-office tasks for the team. They will support the Lead Agent, and Buyer’s Agent through any in-person assistance needed. Their tasks include, but are not limited to: conducting property walkthrough with Lead Agent or Buyer’s Agent, coordinating any remodeling work to be done to a property, taking property photos, dropping off all Notice of Sale files to tenants, conducting property inspections on behalf of the Lead Agent and Buyer’s Agent (ensuring a smooth interaction between all tenants and vendors) coordinating the retrieval and copying of all keys, placing lockboxes on-site at properties, adding signage before a launch, holding buyer walkthrough’s / appraisal walkthroughs once in contract, and facilitating the transferring of keys to new owner. They will work closely with the Listing Coordinator to ensure a smooth listing-to-close process for all clients.

What will you do?

These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

  • Seamlessly handling all out of office tasks and communicating with Listing Coordinator and Agents in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining good relationships with all vendors through entire transaction process.
  • Going above and beyond with your interactions between tenants, vendors, and owners - providing a “WOW” experience to all.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Conduct property walkthroughs with the Lead Agent to understand the setup of a property and coordinate any work that needs to be done with third-party vendors. Provide progress reports to Listing Coordinator.
  • Drop off all Notice of Sale Files to tenants prior to holding inspections.
  • Assist the Lead Agent and Buyer’s Agents by holding all property pre-inspections and walkthroughs, and appraisal walkthroughs.
  • Take all property photos for our listings, including interior and exterior for valuation proposals and listings.
  • Assist the Lead Agent with getting a property ready for in-person showings, including setting up lockboxes, signage around the property, and placing necessary materials out (gloves, shoe booties, etc.).
  • Pick up keys, and make copies as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
