Job Description:Wander is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a 5-Star Housekeeper. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization within our homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring that every guest experiences the highest level of comfort and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of the home, ensuring all areas are immaculately cleaned and sanitized to 5-star standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish home amenities.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including showers, toilets, and sinks, to ensure a hygienic environment for guests.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative items throughout guest rooms and common areas.
- Vacuum carpets and sweep floors to maintain cleanliness and remove debris.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the team for timely resolution.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and towels.
- 3 years of experience in housekeeping.
- Previous experience in housekeeping. This could include work in hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, or similar environments where high cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Flexibility in scheduling is important, as this position may require working weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate the needs of the establishment and its guests.
