A Regional Manager has an ownership mindset as they are solely responsible for their Region, its employees, and its success. This leader sits on the Executive Team and achieving results through their General Managers and Wedding Specialists is the role. A Regional Manager is an influential leader, has an entrepreneurial mindset, and is a skilled problem solver. A Regional Manager has the ability to simultaneously drive guest satisfaction, financial performance, and employee engagement. Regional Managers report directly to the President.


PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


Strategic Leadership and Oversight:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the region in alignment with the company's goals and values.

  • Develop and implement regional strategies, policies, and initiatives to achieve growth and profitability.

  • Oversee the overall performance and success of the region, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the region.

  • Support sales teams to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders to enhance business growth.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure operational efficiency and excellence across all venues and services within the region.

  • Implement best practices and quality standards to optimize operational performance.

  • Monitor and manage operational budgets, resources, and expenses effectively.

Team Development and Management:

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of district managers, general managers and other key personnel.

  • Provide guidance, support, and training to district managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Set clear performance expectations and goals, evaluating and optimizing team performance regularly.

Stakeholder Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, industry partners, and corporate leadership.

  • Act as a representative of the company, participating in industry events, networking, and community engagement to enhance the brand's presence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Location: Hill Country Region
  • Job Hours: Full Time, Flex Schedule
  • Required Education: College Degree or Applicable Work History
  • Required Experience: 3 years leadership/management experience required
  • Certifications: TABC (for Texas), Serve Safe
  • Physical Requirements: Able to lift 30 lbs frequently, stand/walk 8-12 hours
  • Other: Submit to a background and drug test, have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
