Walters Wedding Estates, a Walters Hospitality brand, is looking for hard-working housekeepers to manage the cleanliness of our event facility. 

I need a housekeeper or janitor who is comfortable working graveyard shift hours at a wedding venue. Duties include emptying and re-lining trash cans, refilling paper towels, hand soap, and toilet paper, sanitizing flat surfaces, and sweeping/mopping floors. Most of the simple cleanup will have already been performed by the onsite event staff.

Due to the late-night nature of these jobs, I am offering $18/hr for these overnight shifts. The jobs should always take around four to five hours. There are some weekends where I will need this service 2 or 3 times. Occasionally, we will have weeknight weddings.

Reliable transportation is a must since we are located Northwest of Boerne off of Cibolo Creek Road. All cleaning products are provided. If this offer appeals to you but the late-night nature of the job doesn’t work for you, then we can work out a way to perform the same services very early in the morning, from 4:00am to 8:00am, but priority will be given to those who can work immediately post-event.

Finally, while these post-event venue cleans are the main service that I need help with, I also have 24-40 hours worth of additional housekeeping duties throughout the week that I can schedule, some in Boerne, others in New Braunfels. For these shifts, I prefer to have them scheduled between 7:30am and 5:00pm, but if you can work other hours later in the evening then we can make that work as well.

In order to apply you will only need two valid forms of government ID. This is not contract work, you would be a part-time employee for our company. Furthermore, if you own or operate your own small business, then I appreciate your dedication and the hustle, but we are uninterested in hiring your company. Additionally, if you have landscaping experience or are interested in working outdoors, I have plenty of work to be done. No past experience needed, I pay for all training hours.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
