RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Continuously monitor and provide a professional, clean appearance in the exterior and interior common areas of the building which is consistent with comparable buildings in the city.
• Maintain relationships with appropriate persons and groups to be knowledgeable with current operational issues affecting the building.
• Able to operate floor cleaning equipment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of a High School Education
• Previous maintenance background
• Ability to traverse stairs, climb ladders, lift 50lbs and physically able to walk entire property on a regular basis or daily.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, owners, contractors and visitors.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor under all circumstances.
• Valid California Drivers License with clean driving record
