Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead the team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Operations: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Customer Focus: Cultivate a customer-centric environment where every customer interaction is positive, memorable, and exceeds expectations.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track product trends, and implement strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize losses.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing, following merchandising guidelines and seasonal promotions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Retail Store General Manager and in Tires and/or Automotive.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
