Costume Planning weaves science, data, and magic to choreograph the efficient supply of Costumes that create and enrich the experience of our Guests and Cast around the world. Using data and analytics combined with a little pixie dust, we strive to have the right Costumes, at the right place, in the right quantity, at the right time!
The Costume Analyst will report to the Area Manager-Costume Planning.
This a temporary role with no guarantee of permanent placement.
Support Costume Planning with new business processes, feasibility, and business case definition
Gather requirements for various workflows
Perform business process modeling
Provide business change management support
Ensure work is aligning to business standards
Provide project support
Run reporting and create automation from multiple sources
2 years experience with Business Intelligence/Reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and/or Smartsheet
2 years experience in data analysis, change management, project management, finance, or related area
1 years experience in hands on report development and sustainment
Experience translating complex data and analytics into compelling business stories
Experience collaborating and working through compromises that result in win/win agreements and outcomes
Experience delivering work product timely while communicating with leadership and clients
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing tasks
Experience communicating (written & verbal) with all levels of partners
Valid drivers' license
Ability to work around various fabrics, fibers, and synthetic furs
Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time
Flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays are required
Experience with Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Costuming and/or products
Advanced degree in Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, Finance, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent is required
