Compensation: $18.00 per hour Incentive Opportunities

Our Return Agent will be someone who will provide support to our customers welcoming all customers promptly and use appropriate greeting as guests arrive on the lot or at kiosk/counter. Some of the responsibilities will include: 

- Inquire about service, satisfaction, and document dissatisfaction – goal is to exceed customers’ expectations 

- Advise and review rental charges; provide an accurate receipt to the customer 

- Check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to the counter for completion of damage/loss report 

- Identify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location 

We're Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years of age 
• High school diploma or GED 
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record 
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience is preferred 
• Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications 
• Must have the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and to manage stressful or unusual situations in order tomaintain good customer service 
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours 
• Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred but not required 
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside, in all weather conditions 
• Driving vehicles, parking vehicles, in various conditions (morning, dusk, night, rain etc.)
