The Walser Automotive Group is opening a standalone Genesis dealership that will begin operations as a temporary retail location in early 2024 and a permanent facility by 2025. We are looking to build our staff!

Our temporary location will be in Overland Park, Kansas, and the opening date will be in Spring 2024.

Looking to fill this position immediately for Onboarding and Training! The dealership is expected to open on Monday, April 8th.

Compensation Range: $40,000 Base Pay incentives Averaging $50k-120k per year

First year average total compensation including incentives $60k. On Target Earnings of $66k, 60-70% of Customer Specialist exceed the OTE at 12 months

We're Looking For:

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• High level of detail orientation and accuracy.
• Proven experience working within a team environment.
• Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and being able to utilize other computer programs as needed.
• This position will require you to move around the dealership and is not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, not required.
