Compensation Range: Base Pay - $40,000 incentives Averaging $50k-120k (Base Pay - $40,000 incentives. First year average total compensation including incentives $60k. On Target Earnings of $66k, 60-70% of Customer Specialist exceed the OTE at 12 months)
How do our Sales Consultants Drive Impact?
After successful completion of our Sales Training Program; our Salesperson will walk our customer through the entire vehicle buying process.
- Assist customer on buying desired vehicle.
Educate customers on financial products and financing options.
- Able to maintain the unit average and the minimum performance that is required by the store.
