Overview:Walnut Ridge Family RV Sales, a leader in the RV dealership industry in Central Indiana, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Parts Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the parts department, overseeing inventory, and leading the parts team to deliver excellent customer service and operational success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts department.
• Hire, train, and manage parts department staff to ensure a high level of customer service and expertise.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of parts for service department and customer sales.
• Develop strategies to increase the efficiency and profitability of the parts department.
• Work closely with the service department to optimize parts availability and service scheduling.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by managing parts inquiries and orders with professionalism and efficiency.
• Create and manage the annual operating budget for the parts department.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to parts inventory and hazardous waste disposal.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan to drive new business and repeat sales.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in parts management preferred.
• Proven experience in parts management, preferably in the RV or automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving parts.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
