$18.75/hour.Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.General Job DescriptionPrepare food and operate several different types of equipment. Trains or operates various equipment in different work areas, taking on progressively more responsible tasks. Able to work with great independence and demonstrates a good knowledge of various processes. Act as a resource regarding processes, procedures, and equipment to other Associates and Trainees. Follows all health and safety standards and enforces the use of PPE s.Major Duties And ResponsibilitiesUnload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them in assigned placesLocate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipmentIdentify damages and report shortages or quality deficienciesTransport raw materials to production workstationsInspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenanceKeep updated records of inventory and activity logsComply with company policies and legal guidelinesHelp maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities, work with a high level of independence to Receive foods, Run assembly lines to recipe specifications, follow Good Manufacturing Practices, and meet health and safety standardsRotate and check food ingredients for freshness and quality. May receive products and verify the accuracy of the delivery. Will ensure accurate traceability methods are followedKeep work area/assembly clean, demonstrating clean-as-you-go methodsPrepares and understands a variety of paperwork associated with raw materials, traceability, packaging, quality, and controls. Responsible for timely completion and accuracy of paperwork.May assist Associate Trainees with developing their skills and experience applying processes, using new equipment, and championing a project or team effortEnsures all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP s) are followed and may champion the GMP processes.
