We are seeking a highly motivated Consumables Team Lead to join our team. As a Consumables Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory of consumable products, ensuring availability for customers and maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct employee orientation on consumable products, providing training on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Organize and maintain inventory of consumable products, ensuring accurate stock levels
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills of team members
- Collaborate with sales team to identify market trends and customer preferences
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Utilize math skills to calculate inventory levels, sales projections, and profit margins
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and recommendations

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in training development and delivery
- Sales experience, preferably in wireless sales or related field
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and terms
- Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in basic math calculations for inventory management
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
