Job Overview:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Plantation Road store. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases. Keeping the shelves instock. Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with product information and assistance
- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise

Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong cash handling skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features to customers
- Basic knowledge of stock management procedures
