**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Stocking Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient stocking of merchandise in our retail store, maintaining inventory control, and providing excellent customer service. **Responsibilities:** - Stock shelves with products according to company standards - Perform heavy lifting tasks to move and organize merchandise - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stocking area - Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock counts - Communicate effectively with team members and management - Handle shipping and receiving processes accurately - Provide multilingual support to customers when needed **Experience:** - Previous experience in a retail or warehouse setting preferred - Familiarity with stocking, inventory control, and customer service - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks - Knowledge of produce handling is a plus - Proficiency in maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members efficiently Joining our team as a Stocking Associate offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can grow your skills in sales, inventory control, and customer service.
