Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor/Maintenance to join our team. As a Janitor/Maintenance, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. This is a crucial role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:

- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas

- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed

- Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and maintenance standards

Experience:

- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred

- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment

- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks

- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and carpet cleaners

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
