Job Description:

Dispatch/Schedule Installers and Estimators daily task in approved company computer program.

Answer and follow-up on all incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner.

Handle invoices and collections on past due accounts.

Data entry of all customer information in approved company computer program.

Maintain business and vehicle licenses.

Assist in managing cash flow.

Complete Rebate forms for customers.

Facilitate the efficient operations of the office.

Qualifications:

Previous Customer Service Experience/Office Management experience preferred

Previous scheduling experience

Excellent communication skills

Good attendance record.

Attention to details and problem solving

Must have a drivers license and pass background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
