High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior food service experience preferred. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to communicate and/or write simple correspondence. Ability to operate kitchen equipment, use kitchen utensils, follow ingredient lists, and basic instructions.Basic knowledge of food sanitation. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Team Members are regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
