Wallwork/Valley Imports is Hiring a Wallwork Truck Center Marketing Manager $65K - $85K Near Fargo, ND

The Marketing Manager will oversee the complete suite of marketing tasks for all operations. You will take ownership of multiple projects and campaigns aimed at both raising brand recognition, reputation, and positively impacting sales revenue.

QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements)

Education and/or years’ experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Four years of experience in marketing or adjacent role.

Preferred/Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, be self-directed and work independently.
  • Great attention to detail, and an eye for appealing design and content.
  • Skilled and knowledgeable in the use of modern marketing software and channels such as social media, search engines, office products, graphic design
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Some travel required.

Supervision of others/decision making aptitude (if applicable):

  • No supervisory responsibilities are required with this position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITES

  • Provide marketing leadership and expertise for all media channels. Identify and make recommendations on effective marketing opportunities.
  • Create, collect, catalog, archive and organize marketing assets.
  • Review, analyze, update websites and content; facilitate SEO.
  • Maintain social media profiles and post regular content – Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Manage search engine, business directory profiles, our web reputation; track reviews and facilitate responses.
  • Facilitate the creation of marketing materials such as graphics, flyers, posters, social media ads, videos, promotional products, hold messages, calendars.
  • Draft and issue press releases to various industry and regional publications about company news and achievements.
  • Aid Human Resources with promoting recruiting and hiring efforts.
  • Maintain customer marketing lists and produce weekly/monthly ads.
  • Job fair, industry trade show attendance, booth design, set up, promotional giveaways.
  • Provide leadership on in-store merchandising, product placement and promotion, company awards and achievement display.
  • Achieve and maintain required certifications for our franchises and utilize their marketing channels and co-op funding.
  • Maintain and enforce brand identity guidelines.
  • Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
  • Performs W.W Wallwork, Inc.-wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor.
  • Upholds W.W. Wallwork, Inc. ethical standards and demonstrates the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures.
