Sales Support Officer - Savannah, GA

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

• Interact with customers through inside and outside sales to grow relationships and more business
• Create Ocean sales quotations that support an opportunity to win new business and develop tele-sales leads by analyzing statistics and data supporting
• Generate interest, qualify prospects, maintain customer relationships and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls / emails.
• Maintain performance targets (KPI’s) to ensure high quality customer service and targeted business generation
• Analyze customer requirements and market trends. Monitor competition and evaluate opportunities for new products and activities

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively collaborate in a team environment
• Experience with identifying opportunities, based on customer’s needs
• Must be able to travel domestically
