Welcome home to WRT’s San Francisco Studio! We are looking for a landscape architect with 8 years or more of proven experience, who is a leading designer and project manager with unique abilities to translate project goals into human, ecological, and socially responsive outcomes. This growth-oriented position requires you to lead projects through all phases of design and construction, with support from our skilled team of colleagues.

• Contribute to positive studio culture by mentoring other landscape team members.
• Help define and lead our future work by conducting business development activities and leading proposals for new work throughout CA and the nation.
• Build on WRT's commitment to climate adaptation and social equity and expand and reinforce our practice areas with your expertise.
• Create impact in the communities we serve by championing our firm's environmental ethos of 'designing with nature' through our interdisciplinary work.
• Take the initiative to push our design and technical processes toward excellence while fostering a fun, collaborative work environment.

Pay Range: $95K - $115K
