Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Tax Preparer to join our team. As a Tax Preparer, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate complex tax regulations, prepare accurate tax returns, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines. This position offers an opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop expertise in tax planning and preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns, including federal, state, and local filings.
• Identify potential tax credits, deductions, and other opportunities to minimize tax liabilities for clients.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant filings.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address any tax-related questions or concerns.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of tax documents and filings.
• Assist clients with tax planning strategies to optimize their financial goals.

Necessary Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Tax Preparer or similar role, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
