Walkerton Police Department is Hiring a Public Safety Dispatcher Near Walkerton, IN

The Walkerton Police Department is currently accepting applications for the position of Full Time Dispatcher. Starting annual pay is approximately $50,000 plus benefits. Benefits include:

- Health Insurance, both PPO and HSA available

- Dental Insurance

- Free State PERF retirement (The Town pays the employee portion)

- 72 Hours of PTO and 80 hours Vacation after first year

- 12 hour shifts with rotation of 3 on/ 2 off / 2 on / 3 off (Every other weekend off)

- 4 hours of Overtime built into every 2 week pay period

- Double time and a half for working a holiday (Holiday pay)
