Walker Tape is hiring a Graphic Designer to join our team!
The Graphic Designer is responsible for executing strategic, inventive, and original visual and graphic designs. This role involves spearheading the development of innovative catalogs, print materials, and digital designs to align with business objectives. Responsibilities also entail the creation and management of social content and internal company communications to ensure timely delivery. This role also leads packaging design initiatives in alignment with organizational goals, while utilizing consistent brand style and voice.

Take Time Off

• Executes the strategic and original visual and graphic design of our company, focusing on originality, consistency, and creativity.
• Owner and technical expert of design tools and processes.
• Heads innovation in catalog and print material development and creation to align with business targets.
• Develops and manages social content and internal company communications to ensure key deliverables are sent.
• Leads packaging design as aligned with organizational goals and the style/voice established.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on delivering advertising content to achieve organizational goals and drive revenue.

• Bachelor's degree or on the job training and experience within the assigned industry or parallel role.
• An understanding of the latest trends and their role within the design sphere

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
