Pay Rate: $17.00/hr - $20.00/hr depending on experience

Primary Duties: To install heating and air conditioning systems, accessories, and ductwork to company standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• No previous experience is necessary!
• Universal EPA Certification
• Completion of HVAC Certification preferred
• Excellent communication skills with customers and coworkers
• Possess or acquire all needed tools
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work as a team
• Ability to train and supervise others

Desired Qualifications:

• NATE Certification
