Walker Healthforce is seeking an Analytics & Reporting Consultant for a healthcare client located in Chicago, IL. This is a contract opportunity.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create reports, insights, and analytics to support the division's objectives.
• Generate report specifications tailored to meet business needs.
• Provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams in report development.
• Produce datasets and reports for in-depth analysis.
• Conduct research and analyze data to support strategic initiatives.
• Interface between business and data teams to develop actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand divisional data requirements and build strong relationships.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree
• 4 years of experience in managed care or network management involving independent work and judgment

• Experience utilizing SQL, SAS, Teradata, or other reporting tools/languages.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences both in written and verbal form.
• Experience leading projects and junior analysts.
